We stayed in a hotel with spacious, tidy rooms located on a hill overlooking a small town. There was a good supermarket next door and a quality restaurant serving tasty breakfasts. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and the swimming pool area was well-maintained. The comfortable beds made for restful nights, and the minibar and kettle in the room were a convenient bonus.

The laundry service was slow and the hotel room price was high, as is typical across Norway.

The kids were well taken care of with special gifts, a free ice cream ticket, and fun activities like a mini-cinema and a playroom filled with toys. The grand-sized pool area was a hit with everyone. The hotel had a great location on a hilltop over a small city, just a few minutes walk from the harbor. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive.

Had a beautiful experience on a business trip; staff is friendly. The restaurant has a daily menu with fresh vegetables and a good selection of wines. Breakfast is complete and varied. Gym is small but equipped with basic machines and nice pool.

The bathroom, although clean, was outdated, and the water dispenser provided only soap, no shampoo. Rooms in the older part of the hotel lack basic amenities like a water boiler and are heated with portable heaters.

The room was clean and cosy with a good view from the window. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout the stay. The location was convenient for the local town and public transport.

The breakfast provided during the Christmas period was very limited and unappetizing. the heating in the room was not very effective despite numerous attempts to adjust it, making the winter nights rather cold and uncomfortable.
